cancellations
Please call us within a minimum of 24 hours should a cancellation be necessary.
We realize that occasionally “real life” intrudes on previously laid plans. For this reason, it is our policy to give each guest a second chance the first time they cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice. However, the second time an appointment is cancelled within less than 24 hours or missed completely, our guests will be asked to place a credit card on file in order to book future appointments.
In the event that a third appointment is cancelled within 24 hours or missed completely, the guest will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Lashes, VoMor & New Color Guests must be booked with a credit card to secure the time and date.
